In my pivot table, I have sales month to month in columns, product items in rows, locations next to items using tabular format, qty next to location, then total next to period. The total column is counting the returns which are in negative numbers as positive numbers meanwhile adding it instead of subtracting it in the total column. How to show returns in negative/subtracting instead of positive/addition in the total column?

I am an Accountant and now I am working as a Fixed Asset Controlling Department in which data analysis is a part of a job because this company uploads a lot of Fixed Asset everyday so I have to analyse the errors and investments.
