Hi Efrelance community,

Landing more projects is all about the proposal. I've had great success by focusing on understanding exactly what each client needs and presenting a tailored solution that highlights my skills and past work. This personalised approach has not only increased my win rate but also led to more satisfied clients who often return for additional services.

I'm looking forward to any updates that might help streamline this process, perhaps with more intuitive proposal templates or enhanced guidelines for what clients are specifically looking for in proposals.

However, one challenge remains: balancing the time spent crafting these detailed proposals with my actual work, especially when not all proposals result in a win. It's a fine line to walk, and I'm curious to see how others manage this.

Would love to hear your thoughts and strategies on proposal writing and time management!

It's definitely a time sink—sometimes I feel like I spend more time writing proposals than doing actual work. I've started limiting how detailed I go in the initial proposal, just basics and bullet points, until it seems like a serious lead.

The proposal process can be so hit or miss. I’ve tried to optimize by reusing certain parts of my proposals, but each client’s needs can be so different that customization takes up a huge chunk of time. More streamlined tools from Efrelance would be a godsend.

I hear you on the detailed proposals. I once spent hours on a proposal for a big project, only for the client to go silent after submission. It's frustrating when there's no feedback or response after putting in so much effort.
