Hello everyone,
Navigating client expectations has been a crucial part of my journey on Efrelance. Recently, I've successfully completed several projects where open communication and setting clear milestones were key. By ensuring clients know what to expect at each stage, I've managed to not only meet but often exceed their expectations.
I'm looking forward to the platform potentially introducing more robust tools for tracking project milestones and client feedback. This could really enhance our ability to deliver consistently and manage expectations even better.
However, one concern I've encountered is sometimes dealing with clients who have unrealistic expectations or demands, despite clear agreements. It's always a learning curve to balance firmness with flexibility.
I’d love to hear how you handle challenging client expectations and any tricky situations you've navigated!
