Reality pta hai… College mai 4 sall katne ke bad bi koi skill develope nhi hota… Oo bacha Study kre ya skill gain kre… Placement ka din ata hai.. interviewer Q puchta to unko ata hi nhi hai.. kyu?.. practicaly usne apne life mai kiya hi nhi hai.. Sir aa ke zamane mai degree ki koi value hi nhi hai.. Skill hai to company rakhegi… Warna bhaad mai jao

ये तो सही बात है मैं खुद देख रहा हूं पिछले कुछ सालों से ऐसे लोग आ गए है जिस से काम नहीं आता और ऐसे लोगो के कारण अब कंपनीज काम देने में सनकोज कर रही है, क्यों की जो नए बंदे है वो काम लेने के चक्कर में एक तो मार्केट खराब कर रहे है सस्ते पैसे में फिर वो काम भी नही कर पा रहे तो दोनो तरफ से नुकसान हो रहा है, 1. पैसा इतना काम बता ते है की मार्केट में जो स्टैंडर्ड प्राइस है वो बहुत नीचे आ गई है दूसरे लोग कर ही नही सकते 2. जब उनको काम मिलता है (वो लोग किसी ना किसी ऑनलाइन कोर्स लेके आते है जिस के अंदर उनको बताया गया होता है की लाखो कमाओगे) उस काम को पूरा नहीं करते या ही नही पता तो कॉमनीज अब काम देना और बंद कर रही है, 3. फ्रीलांसिंग प्लेटफार्म पर अप्लाई करना अब इतना मुस्किल हो गया है और भी बहुत कुछ है।
इतना समझ में आ रहा है की अब तो डंग की जॉब कर ले वो जायदा अच्छा है

Don't get motivated to freelance because of this. Trust me it is not for everyone and doesn't work for everyone. Finish college get a degree. Get a salaried job.
In either mediacal, IT, Pharma, or Psychiatric training.
Prefer IT. Earn a few money and start.

I am an author and freelancing is really not about, tbh never about individual clients. I sign contracts with companies and work for them within time boundations and it pays really well at times going to 1 Lakh+ for my individual work for a website. It is really hectic and your creativity gets burned out but you need to get one thing straight…how much experience do you have in this field. I am working since 2019…worked 2+ years completely without a single paycheck. Don't think you will start earning like poof- Cinderella magic ✨…not gonna happen, 6+ years experience and still alot alooooooot to learn, so freelancers don't chase individual clients…if you really wanna make money.

सही पकड़े हो भाई। पढ़ते आना चाहिए, इन ९०% युवाओं को पढ़ना ही नहीं आता, वोकेबुलरी है नहीं, पेशेंस है नहीं, कंसन्ट्रेशन और फोकस है नहीं। कैसे काम मिलेगा। वाट्सएप पर मेसेज भी हिंग्लिश में लिखते हैं, फालतु फालतु के मेसेज फारवर्ड करने में समय बिताते रहते हैं। राजनीति भी इनका उपयोग कर इनको ओवरएज बना कर छोड़ देती है।
